Use the request form, email, or call or text us. Not sure of the exact model or part? Send a photo or describe the job. A sourcing specialist reviews every request personally.

Confirm Procurement
We review your requirement and confirm the procurement engagement.
Once your requirement is accepted, the 5% Procurement & Sourcing Fee starts the work: sourcing, supplier engagement and verification.

Secure Your Order
Approve the quotation and proforma invoice to place the order.
You receive a formal quotation and proforma invoice. Under our Standard Payment Structure, the initial equipment payment confirms the order.

Inspection & Documentation
Inspection evidence and export documents before shipment.
Depending on the equipment, you receive photographs, video, serial numbers or inspection reports before the final balance and shipment.

Shipping & Delivery
We coordinate shipping to the agreed destination.
Freight, export documentation and port coordination to your port or site, under the agreed Incoterm, with a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Yes. Many clients send a complete list (machines, trucks, attachments and parts) and we return a single consolidated quotation, then coordinate purchasing and shipping together.
We regularly support buyers in Africa, the Middle East and Europe, and can coordinate delivery to most international markets. Tell us your destination and we will confirm the shipping options and documentation required.
Both. We source new, used and remanufactured equipment and parts. Every quote states the condition clearly, and for used machines we share photos, hours, service history and inspection details where available.
We offer genuine, OEM-equivalent and quality aftermarket options depending on availability and your budget. Every option is clearly labelled so you know exactly what you are buying.
A sourcing specialist reviews it and contacts you if anything needs clarifying. If you would like to proceed, we confirm the procurement engagement, source and verify suitable options, and send you a formal quotation and proforma invoice. Nothing is ordered automatically. No equipment is purchased until you approve the quotation.
By Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer. Our Standard Payment Structure is a separate 5% Procurement & Sourcing Fee before procurement begins, then 70% of the equipment price to place the order and 30% before shipment. The exact terms are set out in your quotation. Payment instructions only come on official Rovant Ltd quotations, invoices and contracts. If you ever receive a message saying our bank details have changed, call us to confirm before paying.
